Welcome to ThaiHoaClinic software (collectively, "Software"). Please read the Terms of Use below carefully before continuing to access or use the Software's services, so that you are aware of your legal rights and obligations in relation to registration issues. Sign up for medical examination, make payments, receive medical examination slips, create patient records, manage and use information in patient records, manage medical records, refund, cancel medical records, edit medical records diseases, how to solve problems .... in the process of using the Software.
Definitions:
• We: by context may be/or Thai Hoa NT Polyclinic Services Co., Ltd., and/or other third parties linked on the Software.
• Service: is one or part or all of the features and facilities implemented on the Software.
• You: may contextually be the user, or patient, or person authorized by the patient in writing, orally or otherwise, to access the Software or register to use the Services on Software helps patients.
LOG IN
• You must be logged in to fully utilize the Software's Services.
• The software identifies your account by the mobile phone number you are using, so in the event that you no longer or lose control or ownership of your mobile phone number, please contact Contact us via call center or email admin@benhvienthaihoa.vn, we will support you.
PATIENT INFORMATION
• You must provide patient information when registering for an account.
• Information about identification documents such as identity card, passport, ID card....: you must enter it so that we can identify the right patient before entering the clinic.
• Email address and mobile phone number: You should enter it completely and accurately for the Software to send you notices, or medical examination sheet information via email and sms.
REGISTRATION TIME
• Registration time is up to 7 days before the examination date.
• If you want to choose the next day's examination, you must register before 16:00 today, after 4 pm You cannot register for the next day's examination.
MONEY AND FEES FOR EXAMINATION REGISTRATION
When registering on the Software, you will pay fees and charges (if any) including:
• Medical examination fee: is the money you pay for using the medical examination and treatment services of the clinic/hospital. The cost of medical examination will vary depending on the specialty and determined by the clinic/hospital.
• Utility fee: is the money to support the use of online medical examination registration service (including the fee for messages, emails...). Please check the Total Payment before making the payment (if any)
When you make the payment, it means that you completely agree, voluntarily and without any complaints or claims. any claim for any money or fee in subsequent use of the software.
PAYMENT METHODS
• You can pay money and fees (if any) during the use of the software by online payment via:
o Domestic ATM card with online payment enabled
o Payment card international Visa/MasterCard...
o E-wallets integrated in the software
• If you do not have the above cards/ or you have problems in the payment process, please contact the call center for support.
OTHER PROVISIONS
• We reserve the right to amend these Software Use Rules at any time without notice to the user. You are required to periodically visit and read through these Terms of Use in order to stay up-to-date with our policies.
• This Software Use Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please read further the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to fully understand our terms, conditions, policies and guidelines before you access the Software and/or register and/or use Services on our Software.

By continuing to access and use the software, I understand that I am creating a digital signature that has the same value and effect as the signature I signed by hand.
